This is a plane HDPE pipe provided in length of 20 feet. These pipe are joint by butt welding. It is useful where permanent under ground pipe line is layed for water transportation. The HDPE pipes are available in 20 mm to 200 mm diameter in all Kg/Cm2 Pressure in PE-63, PE80 & PE100 GRADES.

The main feature of this system is that it is easy to handle. The single black colour clamp (powder coated) rotate on collaring nut bolt and provides easy connection and disconnection of pipes with lock system. The couplers and tail piece are joint with pipes by fusion welding.

It is provided with rubber gaskets, and other necessary accessories required for the system. Rolex Sprinkler Nozzles work under working pressure of 15 PSI to 40 PSI with spray diameter of 50 feet to 90 feet. They are highly useful for sprinkling water in a large area.

These are butt welded sprinkler system in which the couplers and tail piece are joint by butt welding with pipes. This system is provided with quick release coupler and is used where dismantling and shifting is required frequently. This system can be provided in different model of coupler (round shape, square shape and hook fixing shape) as required.

HDPE-High Density Polyethylene Pipes are the most suitable pipes for water transportation and other uses as compared to Cement, G.I., C.I. and Steel pipes.
