2. Water pressure test up to 15 bar for 1 hour
3. Insulation of coil is done using Silicon Rubber Tape, Fiber Glass Tape, Flexocoat Hardener and Base, Epoxy bisphenol resin to withstand High Voltages.
4. High densified Permali woods are used for strong support of Induction Coil.
5. Brass hardware of lead free brass metal is used for best strength.

Manufacturing of Selector Switch / Change Over Swich Specification

· All Contacts are made of electrolytic grade copper.
· All contacts are silver plated for better contact
· Bronze spring washer for uniform pressure in whole contact area.
· Epoxy fiber glass base plate gives very high degree of strength and electrical insulation.
· Suitable for 6000A, 3600V.
· Manually or pneumatically operated

Water Cooled Leads / Cables All water cooled leads are constructed for long continuous service. The heavy internal conductor and durable outer cover with carbon free Hose pipe, make these leads suitable for any induction furnace. Carbon Free Hoses are specially designed for services in iron/steel mills, glass works, electrical furnaces and out fields where the hose is required to be resistant to heat, radiation and splashes of hot metal.

The tube is made out of white and black non conductive rubber compound. Rubberized and woven textile fabrics of natural and synthetic variety are used to reinforce the tube. We can also provide different type of brass and copper end terminals, carbon free rubber hose.
