· Flexo Coat: An epoxy insulating paint (base & hardener)
· Epoxy Resine · Teflon Sheet for coil top & bottom insulation
· SS Dummy Ring: Top and bottom wherever necessary.

· Genuine Brass hardware for best strength of the coil Repairing of coil is done
1. Descalling of Coil.
2. Water pressure test up to 15 bar for 1 hour
3. Insulation of coil is done using Silicon Rubber Tape, Fiber Glass Tape, Flexocoat Hardener and Base, Epoxy bisphenol resin to withstand High Voltages.
4. High densified Permali woods are used for strong support of Induction Coil.
5. Brass hardware of lead free brass metal is used for best strength.
