Honing Machine |
Horizontal Honing Machine is available in two different models. They
are available with Plug Sizing Arrangement, Stroke Counter, Pneumatic
Air Gauging, Multi Stick Tools and Stacking Fixture. These machines are
suitable to hone automotive components like connecting rods and diesel
fuel injection components.

Honing Machine |
Fully automatic honing machines are available in various models with
special features ike Hydraulic Clamping, Auto Plug Gauging, Double
Expansion Tool, Hydraulic Expansion, Servo Expansion, PLC/ CNC controls,
Index Table etc and Automatic Centralized Lubrication. They can be
customized as per the needs of the customers. They are used in
refrigerator parts, pneumatic tools, hydraulic valves and gun barrels.

Finishing Machine |
This machine is useful for finishing various shafts rods, rolls,
needles, spindles and contract area of Seals etc. For applications like
crank shaft superfinishing, Camshaft superfinishing and bore
Superfinishing and Gear shaft superfinshing, taper superfinishing,
plunge cut superfinishing and ID superfinishing special attachments are
available that helps in carrying the process effectively and
efficiently.

| Lapping
Machine |
Lapping machines are used in hydraulic and pneumatic valves, fuel
injection barrels, gauges, jig bushes connecting rods, rocker arms etc.
They are available with special features like pedal switch operation for
extra safety, surface roughness, roundness and cylindercity can be
achieved as low as .002 Ra and .00005mm respectively.
