We have found a new and innovative solution of recycling of old & used tyres and tyre scrapes or wastes. We reuse these by using De-vulcanizing (recycling) method and form reclaim rubber. The old and used up tyres are broken by using high pressure and temperature. In this process, some chemicals, like Di-Xylene & Di-Sulphide are used. Natural rubbers are important agricultural commodities, which are used for a wide range of products. These are extracted from rubber trees (Scientific name is Hevea brasiliensis). In many developing countries, these rubbers play a major role in the socio-economic fabric. These rubbers are used in manufacturing of varied products including tyres, latex products, engineering products and others.

Out of total rubber used, 60% to 70% of account goes to synthetic rubbers. Synthetic rubbers are sourced from various petroleum products, i.e. Hydrocarbons. These hydrocarbons are reacted and treated under control conditions to form the polymers from which synthetic rubbers are developed. They are used in tyre inner tubes & other products, which require good barrier against gases. Further, the thermal resistance of these rubbers makes them extremely suitable for use in automotive radiator hoses. Acrylic elastomers is another typed of synthetic rubbers that are used in various applications like, as spark plug boots, hoses and ignition wire jacketing where superior oil resistance feature play a crucial role.

We deal in rubber process oil by using lube oil fraction in presence of solvents, which have selective affinity for aromatics. The condition in which rubber process oil is extracted is determined carefully to regulate the extraction yielding process as per predetermined requirements laid down by PCAs content of the lube oil fraction.
