We offer ERW Pipes that are available in different sizes and shapes to suit the requirements of clients. The pipes and tubes of 4 inch size (10.2 mm) OD and below, strip is fed into a set of forming rolls which consists of horizontal and vertical rollers so placed as to gradually from the flat strip into a tube which is then allowed to pass the welding electrodes. Copper disks type electrodes are connected to the secondary of a revolving transformer assembly. These make contact on each side of the seam and temperature is raised to the welding point. With the use of cutting tool, the outside flash is removed as the tube leaves the electrodes. Inside flash is wiped out by an air hammer or by passing a mandel through the welded tube after the tube has been cooled. This is known as Electric Resistance Welded or ERW tube/pipe.

We provide Seamless Pipes, which are fabricated using commercial, electric furnace bearing, consumable and electrode vacuum melted quality steel. The seamless steel is available in hot rolled, cold drawn, turned and roto rolled finishes. All the pipes are pressure tested on machines after finishing process. Pipes are weighed, measured & stenciled, and then extra coating is applied if required. Available in various sizes such as thin, small, precise, & slender, these are widely used in steam boilers and pipelines and installed with high & supercritical steam conditions.

Our Welded Pipes are alloyed with higher contents of molybdenum and nitrogen that improve the corrosion resistance and strength. Pipes developed using nitrogen alloyed chloride resistant grades in the presented applications are welded with the addition of nitrogen in the shielding gas. Some of the pipes are also welded with filler metal and heat treated as per the specification. These pipes have much higher corrosion resistance than other conventional steel pipes. Our welded pipes are widely used in various industry applications.
