Our facility in Hyderabad, spread over 45,000 sft, houses two production blocks, viz. main block and a dedicated hydrogenation block, with a combined capacity of 35000 ltrs. The main block has 16 reactors (12 SS316 and 4 Glass line) with capacities ranging from 250 ltrs to 3000 ltrs and can handle most of the reaction types. The dedicated hydrogenation block houses a 1000 ltrs hydrogenator. The wide range of reactor capacities makes the facility suitable for both commercial as well as pilot scale activities. The utilities block includes a backup generator to ensure the production runs 24X7. Our in-house effluent treatment plant ensures that effluent is treated to applicable norms prior to discharge.
