Acrylic Polyester

The products have excellent spread ability, reactivity, durability and chemical stability of coating. Suitable for coating on parquet.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Density: 1,100+0,01 ; 1,02+ 0,01 kg/l (g/sm³ at 20*C)

Viscosity: 65+5;45+3' (DIN 4 at 20*C)

Dry rest: 54% + 1; 99%+1

PREPARATION:

• 100 weight parts of products;
• 4 weight parts CTF 55;
• To dilute DPU 503 up to viscosity 25” (DIN 4 at 20*C).

EXPENDITURE: 100...150 g/m² by coating in 1 layer.

STORAGE: Store in cool, well ventilated place. Keep the partially used container tighly closed. The storage period makes 4 months in the original sealed containers.

The polyester sealer of UV-drying is characterized by an excellent transparency and reactivity. Should be applicated on smooth previously grinded surfaces.

PREPARATION:

• PPV2101S02......................100 weight parts;
• CTF 55 ...............................4 weight parts;

It is necessary to add paraffin (4133, 4132 4127) to the product.

Amount and kind of paraffin is choosing depending on season

and type of set,used for drying.

EXPENDITURE: 200...250 g/m2 by coating in 1 layer.

DRYING: tunnel, warm air, UV drying. Air warm ventilated -3.5 mines. TLM 03-05.

STORAGE: Store in cool, well ventilated place. Keep the partially used container tighly closed. The storage period makes 4 months in the original sealed containers.
