Enamels COLOR «Sirca» are 4000 colours on your choice!
A variety of colours is achieved by mixing 15 base colours of enamels of series OPP (silkymat) and
LPP (glossy).

Has excellent coating ability, saturated white colour, high elastici
ty and ability to polishing. Can be used on any wooden surfaces,
optimum approaches by processing MDF..
APPLICATION METHOD: by spraying or by system AIRMIX.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Density: 1,25 ± 0,01 kg (g/sm3 at 20°C)
Viscosity: (nozzle DIN6 at 20°C) 80 « ± 5
Dry rest: 67% ± 1%.
PREPARATION:
Mix well in the following proportions:
  FPP225 ..........100 weight parts;
  CT7, CT35......50 weight parts;
  DPU800 .........10 30 weight parts.
Recommended viscosity 18 25.
VIABILITY:
3 hours at 20°C, diluted 30% DPU800; on expiration of this time
up to 50% of an old mix to add in new one.
DILUTION:
DPU800 from 20 up to 40%.
EXPENDITURE:
120 180 g/m2 on one layer. Coating in one or two layers. The se
cond layer can be coat in 40 60 minutes without polishing.
DRYING at 20°C:
– Dry from dust in 15 minutes;
– Dry in 30 40 minutes;
– Stockpiling in 12 hours.

STORAGE:
Store in cool, well ventilated place. The components react with atmospheric moisture. To keep the partially used container tightly closed.
The storage period makes 12 months in original sealed containers.
