Colour Stains

Series CTE 5000 – main group of concentates of pigments, from which all other groupa of pigments are obtained: CTE5015, CTE5550, CTE5007, CTE5401, CTE5044, CTE5285, TCU2006 (7 base colours).

All colours of the group are high concentate
(the average degree of dilution 1:15). Besides for achievement of special effects using the following additivies is recommended:

• CPI 251..........bleaching effect on solvent;
• CII 905...........for special effects is added in 7 colours;
• CTS 3051.......uses for aok and ash for levelling of colour;
• CTS 2600.......with dilution by water, without using IMA for leveling effect of soft wood.
• CTS 121.........bleaching effect on water basis.

APPLICATION:

Can be used for painting any wooden surfaces. Method of application – spraying, immersion, by roller, brush, fabric.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Density: 0,950-0,970 kg/I (g/sm3 at 20*C)

Viscosity: 50-55 (DIN 2 at 20*C)

PREPARATION:

Mix well the concentrate CTE5000 in proporation 100 weight parts of concentrate and from 500 up to 3000 weight parts of diluent. Pigments of series CTE5000 give very transparent varnish coating. They have good resistibility to discoloration that especially concerns of light and soft tones; therefore they are suitable for finishing indoors. The addition of pigments of series CTE5000 in a varnish (up to 3%) is possible (sealers and varnishes) after coating it is recommended to use special sealers.

STORAGE:

To store on cool well ventilated place. The components react with atmospheric moisture. To keep the partially used container tightly closed. The storage period makes 12 months in original sealed containers.

PREPARATION:
Mix up with thinner DTR829 in a proportion 1:1.
APPLICATION: spaying with subsequent scrubbing by rag.
