This polyurethane mat varnish with excellent hiding power and filling ability. Good durability of a surface, homo
geneity and smoothness. Has higher stability to food stains and detergents, included in the structure of clean
ing compounds.

APPLICATION METHOD: spraying on carefully grinded polyurethane or polyester sealer (grain 320 360) at the emperature from 10 up to 35°C; hardener should be selected as mutual alternative incidence with the following characteristics:

• CT23 universal hardener
• CT35 gives excellent hiding power and durability
• CTH3 gives good resistance to yellowing and good durability

To be applicated on wood or stains of series TCU2000. For open
pore finishing 1 layer of a sealer is used, for closed pore from
1 to 4 layers can be applicated with sanding only of the first layer
(in the case, if it is necessary).

VIABILITY: minimum 2 hours (at 20°C) (diluted on 20% DPU800).
DILUTION: by thinner DPU800 from 10 up to 40%.
EXPENDITURE: 80 150g/m2 on one layer. In 2 layers with an inter
val 60 90 minutes.
DRYING at 200C:
     – dry from dust in 20 25 minutes;
     – dry in 40 45 minutes;
     – polishing in 70 minutes;
     – stockpiling minimum in 4 hours.
STORAGE:
To store in cool, well ventilated place. The components react with
atmospheric moisture. To keep the partially used container tightly
closed. The storage period makes 12 months in original sealed
containers.

Sealer is characterized high tixotropity, speed of drying, easiness of polishing. It is recommended for chairs, legs
of tables, bent details. of  APPLICATION METHOD: spraying and spraying by electrostatic pistol (usual, airless, robot spray etc).

VIABILITY: minimum 1 hour (at 20°C).
DILUTION: thinner DPU870 from 10 up to 30 weight parts.
EXPENDITURE: 100 140g/m2 on one layer. In 1 2 layers. (Interval 35 90 mines).

DRYING at 20°C:
     – dry from dust in 10 15 minutes;
     – dry in 30 40 minutes;
     – stockpiling minimum in 3 4 hours.

Polyurethane sealer with good characteristics, in particular on grinding and hiding power. FPU52 can be
applicated by spraying (usually AIRMIX) as manually, and by automatic systems.

It is possible to coat up to 3 layers. The first layer dries about 1 hour at 20°C. After that it is possible to cover other layers without grinding. The following curing agents are recommended: CT23 for usual use, CT35 for achievement of good coating ability.

 2 PRESERVATIVE series CTE5000 on solvent or on water basis.
 3 DRYING on water basis 4 hours, on solvents minimum 15 minutes.
 4 BASE COAT FPU52/CT23 1 2 layers with endurance about 1 hour.
 5 POLISHING minimum in 2 4 hours or in the next day by sand paper 280 360.
 6 FINISHING series OPU77g.../CT23 finishing PU mat universal varnish.
 7 STOCKPILING in 12 hours.
