Our Electroperm Magnetic Chucks do not consume electrical power except for the very short period of activation or deactivation of the working surface. Once fixed to the machine table Electroperm Magnetic Chucks will be geomertrically stable as the table itself.

All " Crystal" brand electromagnetic chucks are tested for Insulation test, High voltage test, Resistant to earth terminal test, Demagnetizing test, Operating test and Waterproof test.
Demagnetizing switch is provided as an additional accessory which helps for removing work piece efficiently without damaging the chuck surface. Variable control unit is available as an optional accessory which allows variable magnetic force. Which is useful to minimize distortion,warpage while grinding of thin and add shape jobs. With minimum current relay circuit it is possible to automise grinding process by interlocking the chuck with machine tool. Due to the fine pitch it is useful for holding thin and small workpiece.

'V’ Blocks are required for Quality Control, Tool Room and Standard Room. "Crystal" Brand Magnetic 'V’ Blocks have high magnetic pull, hence they can be used fro drilling and grinding (both wet and dry) and even for light milling work.

The 'V’ Block has a total three magnetic surfaces. Top and Bottom with 90 'V’ angle and end surface opposite to switch. All three magnetic surfaces and the two sides are carefully ground. Their accuracy kfor flatness, parallelism and squareness is within 0.005 mm for 2", 3", 4" & 6" 'V’ Blocks.

When turned "ON" all three magnetic surfaces are activated aimultaneously. The permanent magnet holds the work firmly in the 'V’ and if kthje block rests on a magnetically conductive surface, it is held firmly to this surface. The magnetic pull is constant and will not decrease eveb after long use. The magnetic system being shielded from penetration of moisture, cannot be damaged by coolants or other fluids.

A power permanent Magnetic Base hold firmly to any steel or iron surface-horizontally, vertically or up- side down, thus, eliminating time spent on clamping indicator to machine The dial gauge can be locked in any desired position with single lock (Centralised clamping) The clamping hole intended for dia 8 mm stem and dovetail clamp for dial test indicator. Fine Adjustment is provided. The clamping is very easy and smooth as same is achieved by operating the centralized Knob.

" CRYSTAL" brand permanent Magnetic Lifter are compact. The contained Permanent Magnet which maintains its holding power. Indefinitrly. The field of the permanent magnet is controlled by the "ON - OFF" position of the safety handle As no electric power is required, "CRYSTAL" Permanent Magnetic Lifter can operate completely free of the restriction of power cables and can be used where electric power is not available. There is no danger of accident due to failure of electric supply.
Lifter magnets require good surface condition to achieve maximum lifting. Ground or machined surfaces are ideal, but a good clean surface or a forging or casting is acceptable provided sufficient flat area is available for magnet contact with the work piece. Recommended Lifting capacity is for flat, ground, clean ferrous plates derated by a factor of three. The safety factor is required due to such variables as surface condition, contact area, alloy content and material thickness and may need to be increases if these condition are particularly adverse.

Guaranteed 0.005/100 mm for Parallelism, Flatness & Squareness with the vice in any position.
