Infrastructure Infrastructure - The team of engineers decide the engineering designs, material selection for the components, and moulding expertise required for the fabrication of moulds and moulding processes. They develop the measurements and procedures according to the international demands and requirements

The company conducts vigorous tests regularly to make sure of the quality and do periodical assessments to confirm everything go efficiently in the manufacturing procedures. QUALITY CONTROL - The clean room facility and GMP compliance ensures cleanliness and traceability of the products.
- Tight tolerance fabricated components are measured using a CMM to make sure the components meet the required specifications.
- Develop a Manufacturing / Quality plan for every moulded part
- Company frames the sampling plan based on – AQL - ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4 for every order and is thoroughly carried out
- 1st Article Inspection is done in-house before the production and then sent to the client for review.
- SPC – CPK Analysis : The attribute of process stability is measured and ensured that each product is defect-free with flawless quality.
