• cotton – these are made using high quality cotton weaved yarn on water jet looms having twill weave. The material is dyed & processed to offer fast color and long life. The material is pre-shrunk, mercerised and sanforized
• blended fabric - these boiler suits are made using polyester cotton or polyester viscose blend. The fabric is made using the advanced imported machines. Processing of the fabric is carried out to ensure long life, fast color and nil shrinkage. Further, the fabric is woven in 2x2 construction offering long life, graceful wear and fast colors
• stitching – it is carried out with high quality imported machines with five thread technique providing perfect interlocking and stitching
• testing - the material used is tested for fabric strength, shrinkage and color fastness

Available with us is a quality-assured range of Thermal Boiler Suit / Parka. These suits are made using imported material ensuring performance in sub-zero temperature. Parkas are mainly used for the crew working on deck in cold climates. These are suitable for different winter temperatures. The outer material of these suits is water resistant, which enables our personnel to work in drizzle and protective environment. We make use of conjugated fiber ployfin assuring perfect insulation against cold weather.
