We have also a good management team with varied departments to perform well at all levels. Having a team of approx. 45 personnel, we are moving forward to give our customers’ the best quality we can have at our end. These personnel are assets of our company, as without their cooperation and dedication, we are unable to reach at this height of success, where we are today.. We have our twelve personnel in our administration, who are assisting us at every stage of function of the company. We have ten skilled and fifteen un-skilled personnel who are serving themselves in the production of our products. Our company has three personnel under quality control system and other three personnel under R & D work to make our products up to date in today’s requirements. Many other personnel are on contract basis in the functioning of our company.

We are manufacturing the equipments and machineries for sugar mills. The raw materials used by us in our manufacturing unit are SS, M.S. C.I & C.S. materials. These materials are sourced from major steel plants. To name a few, SAIL, TATA, JINDAL and others, are our primary raw material sourced house.



Our production includes the two types of production, i.e., machine made production and handmade production. These production types are followed to give the best equipments to our customers with long life services.



Further, in our manufacturing unit, the machines which are used are well set up to give the best production. These machines are lathes, shaper, RM 65 make heavy radial type drilling machine, bending machines, hydraulic press, MIN welding, arc welding machine, planar. We also have our own warehouse, which enable us to perform us well.

We are following the premium quality standards in the manufacturing of the equipments and machineries. We are following the ISO and Bureau of Indian Standard as our quality standards.

At the manufacturing level, our set up quality standards is followed strictly to give our customers’ the best equipments.



Our quality parameters are mainly of strength and durability of the equipments, which we follow sincerely and ensuring our customers, good working equipments for their mills.



Further, we follow various quality tests at our end to make our equipments and machineries more durable. These tests include the hydraulic, lead test, go-no gauges, welding test, MPZ test and others.

Tests are done at regular interval in the manufacturing processes. Also, these tests are followed at the time of dispatch of consignment and also when any change and modification are included in the manufacturing processes.

Our company has earned a lot of fame through its best services in the sugar mill sector. Some of the achievements under its name can be summarized as follows:

• We are the first to earn a name in designing and commercializing of steamless sulphur burner (An Innovative Energy saving approach) in the world. This was designed for Dharani sugars & Chemicals Ltd. Unit I, Tamil Nadu.
• We are the first in India, who manufacture and erect the first two numbers falling thin film Evaporators. This is done for Ponni Sugars & Chemicals Ltd. and Aruna Sugars Ltd. Tamil Nadu.
• We are the first manufacturers of the totally floating Calendria type 60 Ton Vacuum Pan with Central with peripheral down take for Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd.
• We have also supplied and commissioned 125 Ton Batch Pan. This is for Sakthi Sugars Ltd., Bhavani.
• We are also manufactured, erected and commissioned the largest 3500 sq.m H.S.A Semi – Kestner and Chopper at Mysore Sugar Company Ltd., Mandya in the year 2000.
• In the year 1986-87, the first semikestner was done by us for South India Sugars Ltd., Mundiampakkam. Tamil Nadu.
