We offer to our clients portable sugar silo for truck loading. It is a newly invented product featuring novel technicalities and usage and offers advantage of limiting air & water pollution while doing the work of unloading sugar and other similar materials from ship to trucks. The patent for this product is under process.

Features

• Our products reduce the wastage of material to nil while unloading takes place.
• Our product works as a hopper to unload sugar and other similar materials and to deliver them by truck to the factory with out touching the ground.

Work Process

• Materials from ship are loaded to the hopper using the butterfly type closed grab crane.
• 2 M.T. capacity jumbo bags hooked to the bag holding system provided with the hopper moves upwards and downwards using pneumatically operated cylinders.
• Once the bags (2 bags at a time) are positioned, the discharging valve gate opens using pneumatic cylinder.
• Valves close after filling of bags.
• Option also provided for timers to close the valves by setting the time required for filling 2 M.T. of sugar or any similar kind materials.
• Once set of 2 bags are filled, the bag holders move downwards to the pre positioned trucks.
• Similar process is repeated for further loading and unloading process.
