| Cutting & Chamfering Machines
This pipe cutting machine is used to process one end of tubes with irregular bends. The machine Cuts and Chamfers one end of the tube. All operations are manual. Two slides one for cutting and other for chamfering are placed on a rigid machine base. Toggle clamps are used to clamp the job in position. Once the job is clamped the slides can be moved to cut and chamfer the job. This machine was supplied for Inlet and outlet fuel pipe cutting and chamfering. Similarly all types of Tube and pipe cutting and chamfering can be done. |

| Four Way Drilling Machines Item Code: 4-way
This quill feed machine is made with precision and attention to intricate details and are also durable as well as easy to install. It has a machine base which is strongly fabricated by using 10 mm sheet duly reinforced to avoid vibration, and to ensure greater rigidity. The necessary pads for fixing dill feed units and Fixture Mounting Table being welded and precisely machined and stress relived to maintain accuracy. This automatic drilling machine base is designed to accommodate coolant tank, power pack, electrical panel etc., for quick installation, easy operation and maintenance. This machine also includes :
Drill Feed Unit : 4 No drill feed units are used; all these units are placed horizontally. This unit is designed with in built hydraulic cylinder and rotation that is provided by motor. The drill is held through standard sleeves.
Coolant attachment : The coolant tank is provided inside the machine. Chip collection tray is placed above the coolant tank and can be easily removed for cleaning. The capacity of the coolant tank is approx 40 liters.
Electric cabinet : A Separate electrical panel box is mounted for all electrical switches and equipments and are of reputed make and provide necessary protection for non entry of coolant, dust etc. The Machine is equipped with PLC of reputed make and necessary power supply unit, relay board within the panel. The machine is equipped with 4 lines HMI for complete operation of machine both manual/auto cycles. The operator controls the whole machine operations by using the HMI. Necessary push button, emergency stop button provided in the machine.
Hydraulic Power Pack : A separate hydraulic power pack is mounted on the machine. Variable displacement pump, Directional Control Valves, gauges, hoses and fittings that are of reputed make. |
