| Light Duty Lathe Machines Item Code: Arrow-25 Our range of arrow 25 machines is ideal for manufacturing precision machines used for a host of applications in diverse industries. We use proven quality ferrous and non ferrous materials for manufacturing round, square and hexagonal shapes of components. These machines are fitted with the following parts :
Cabinet - Manufactured from MS 10mm steel, duly reinforced to avoid vibration and is fabricated to sustain accuracy.
Spindle - Fabricated from case hardened steel by undergoing forging and precisely hardened to sustain 5 micron accuracy. These are manufactured utilizing imported bearings and all the threads are grounded in the spindle assembly.
Guide Shafts - We manufacture guide shafts are hardened, grounded and hard chrome done for prolonged life.
Slides - Manufactured from spheroid graphite iron and machined and scrapped to prevent wear and tear.

Cabinet - Manufactured from MS 10mm steel, duly reinforced to avoid vibration and is fabricated to sustain precision. Its base is designed specially to accommodate additional chip area.
Spindle - Manufactured from case hardened steel by undergoing forging and specifically hardened and Ground to maintain 5 micron accuracy. These are assembled utilizing imported bearings and all the threads are grounded in the spindle assembly.
Guide Shafts - We manufacture guide shafts are hardened and hard chrome done for extended life.

Bar Feed System - This bar feed system is a silent barfed system with weight operated provided for smooth running and shunning noise.
In addition to this, this machine also comprises of coolant motor instead of Gear pump.
