- All Contact Parts made out of SS 316 (cGMP Model). All
pipelines are electro-polish from inside and joints are DIN
Standard, easy openable & fitting after cleaning.
- Inline filters to ensure filtration. Can be equipped with CIP
& SIP facility and Load Cell for online weighing. PLC based
control panel for process automation.
- All transfer are done under Vacuum to avoid any hand touch &
contamination. (Complete untouched Process). Hydraulic lid
lifting for top agitator assembly.
- Intensive mixing by Special Semi-Contra design Anchor stirrer
avoiding dead zones by Teflon scrapper, and bottom entry Angular
Homogenizer for micronising. Contra Stirrer for Tooth Paste.
- Documentation : IQ / DQ / PQ / OQ and Process Validation
support.
