Arvind Forging & Engineering was incepted in the year 1995 to manufacture and supply quality upset forgings, milled components, oil fired furnace forgings. The company was established under small scale industrial unit Act No. SIAL / PMF 99-2000 Dt. 30-08-1996. We are a professionally managed proprietorship firm with annual turnover of 70 lakhs per annum. For years, we have been supplying our precision and accurate components to different ISO certified companies. The reasonably priced range of products supplied by us are made using superior quality raw material like mild steel, EN series material etc. All the finished products are made using right combination of machineries and expertise of our well trained manpower. Due to the dedication and hard working nature of our team members, we have been able able to capture 12% export markets within the short span of time. We have the advantage over competitors by offering quality forging for plastic molding at competitive rates.

We use superior grade raw material for manufacturing of different products. We use non magnetic and magnetic material like MS, SS 21-4N, 12N, 23-8N, Inkannel and Nimonic-80A & HDS EN 18, EN 24, EN 52, EN 59 for manufacturing the forged and machined components. The different material used by us is procured from the reliable and well known vendors. These are then quality tested in our lab and then sent for the production process.

We offer a spectrum of products which can be customized as per the needs. Keeping in mind the growing needs of the customers, we have developed products like upset forgings, high tensile fasteners, automobile engine valves, automotive studs, studs, pin electro plates, engine valves, railway pull rods, fasteners, crumb rubber powder, ejectors and punchers.

Our extended range of products include high tensile fasteners (standard & unstandard), electroplated railway pins, wheel bolts, key for brake shoe, dee shackles with bolts and nuts, sickle blades, blade bolts, all automotive engine valves (poppet valves for both two wheeler and four wheelers), i-bolts, plastic moulding ejector pins, taper washers, washer bearings, collect, yoke beds, hammer for bore well bits, u-rings, studs, rivets, ball pins, hydraulic pump gear blanks, steering components, axles, connecting rods, plug socket pins, rolling sleeves, housing, end caps, wrench assembly, levers, etc.

We have a well developed R&D unit which is managed by an well experienced expert. Our team of research associates on their research and market survey design a layout.
