Our NLJD enables rapid detection of active, dormant, and non-operational electronic targets and innocent naturally occurring signals. Further, it is capable of detecting hard wired electronic devices either switched on or off. Working Principle: Our NLJD use principle of Harmonic Radar during the search of bugging device & other concealed electronic items. Non-Linear Junctions are present either in semi-conductor device or metallic junctions other than natural material. On bombarding with very high RF signal i.e. 888.5 MHz, semi-conductor junctions produce 2nd harmonics where as metallic junction 3rd harmonics. These two different harmonics are detected by two different antennas & the signals received are processed simultaneously for detecting the presence of junctions.
