We use the conventional method of cleaning machines and parts with Fuel, Kerosene and Diesel or the expensive imported products.

They are hazardous and ozone layer depletors. These chemicals cause corrosion and reduce the life of a machine. This leads to extra expenditure and low efficiency. The product is available in Aerosol spray and in loose packing.

Solve 1 is an organic degreasing and cleaning compound that can be used to remove contamination’s from any machine elements before it undergoes manufacturing operations like Bending, Painting, Planting, Sealing, Welding and specialized surface treatment. It removes oil and water-soluble contaminants while insoluble materials are removed during cleaning. Is ideal for any precision product or cleaning of any moving parts of the machines
can be used for applications by spray, immersion and wiping and other conventional methods.

It has a flash point of 46.1°C, Vapour pressure of 1.7mm og Hg at 25°C and Evaporation rate of 20 ( Based on Butyl Acetate =1).  This makes, Our invention-SOLVE 1, India’s first cleaning solvent formulation, that revolutionizes the cleaning efficiency of precision component of any machine.   SOLVE 1 also meets rigid international standards for re-establishing and retaining surface qualities of ferrous and non-ferrous group of materials.
