• One of the pioneers in Metal Carboxylate manufacture in India
  
• Launch of INSTABEX IC, a Lead Stabilizer in liquid form for the first time in India in the year 1985
  
• After working on One-Pack Stabilizers for PVC Pipes in 1993, we launched INSTABEX C-3, India's first commercially successful one pack in 1994

Due to our constant technical innovations, we became the first and only Drier & liquid PVC Stabilizer manufacturing unit in India to obtain ISO 9002. Moreover, we benchmark our range against international standards.

Our journey from our inception in 1974 till date has been extremely rewarding. During the last three decades, we have emerged as one of the most reliable and efficient manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of specialty chemicals. The various milestones in the journey have been mentioned below :

• 1985:  We diversified into the new business of PVC stabilizers by launching INSTABEX IC, a Lead Stabilizer in liquid form for the first time in India
• 1993: We ventured into the manufacturing of Lead based Powder Stabilizers by setting up an ultra modern plant at Jalgaon in Maharashtra and an in-house Litharge plant
• 1994: After extensive research on One-Pack Stabilizers for PVC Pipes, we launched INSTABEX C-3, the first commercially successful one Pack in India
• 1997: We became the first Drier & liquid PVC Stabilizer manufacturing unit in India to obtain ISO 9002
• 2004: Added product range of cobalt & Nickel salt.

We have dedicated plants for the manufacture of the different product categories . Our hi-tech plant at Jalgaon manufactures Paint Driers in a fully automatic plant where operations are controlled by PLC's and computers. The second plant also at Jalgoan produces powder stabilizers where we produce our own litharge. The third plant manufacturing metal salts is located at Taloja. We are also equipped with laboratory that comprises of various sophisticated machines and equipments to ensure that the synthesizing is done with utmost precision. Moreover, our machines and equipments are being maintained to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
