Every bottle produced by ASB machines must satisfy exhaustive checks. Our machines produce millions of bottles. Each time consumers purchase one of these bottles, they are coming into direct contact with the end product of our technology. Order-made Bottle Production System

We at ASB do not simply build molding machines. Because, there are bottles of many sizes and shapes, for numerous purposes and to contain various products, it is necessary
to be able to adapt them to a wide range of functions and designs. We therefore also take production volume and cost into consideration and offer order-made bottle production systems.

Our ASB technology is now well accepted in more than 80 countries and regions of the world. 5,000 of our mold - the most important item in bottle molding - are in use.

At ASB we work day and night to develop the newest technology and products to fill ever-increasing market needs. Not only do we assist with installation in customer's factories and train their operator, but also provide complete after sales service that covers setup, maintenance & inspection and the supply of parts.

Features of ASB machines

• High quality bottles
  Advanced molding using the "cool preform" method - hot preforms are cooled to a uniform temperature for optimum bottle quality.
• Rapid mold changeover
  Quick, easy attachment of molds, combined with IC memory card storage of different molding conditions, enables rapid mold changeover for increased productivity.
• Compact
  By re-designing both the machine & the molds, ASB has been able to halve the machine size while maintaining the output of conventional machines. In other words, the new machines can almost double bottle production from a given space.
• Cost-savings
  ASB has been able to decrease the number of mold parts and reduce running costs by minimizing electricity consumption.

Formally commissioned on 23rd November 1999, ASBI, today comprises of a state-of-the-art, world class, modern and one of largest manufacturing facilities at Ambernath, Thane (India).
