Jayanand Govindaraj

Mr. Jayanand Govindaraj has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets. Prior to setting up the Company, he worked in State Bank of India for ten years in Commercial banking, institutional banking, personal banking and merchant banking divisions. He moved to Citibank N.A where he was Vice President and Head of Merchant Banking Operations for India.

By virtue of his experience, Mr.Govindaraj provides direction to the Company. He is also instrumental in guiding clients on fundamental and technical aspects of companies in the context of the economy.

V. S. Chandramoulee

A chartered accountant by qualification, Mr. Chandramoulee has had 25 years experience of working in the finance function of various manufacturing companies. His expertise is in taxation and audit.

Mr. Chandramoulee oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. He is credited with conducting internal audits on a regular basis which has helped in meeting the expectations of all stakeholders.

G Ekambaram

Mr. Ekambaram has been a member of the Madras Stock Exchange since 1985. He has over 20 years of experience in stock markets specifically in trading department.

Mr. Ekambaram is in charge of all the institutional orders, maintains client and oversees the trading activities of the Company including the branches.
