The ADR241B is multifunction over current / Earth fault Numerical relay design for requirement of typical medium voltage feeder. All the relay are designed using latest numerical technology and having programmable digital input and outputs to minimized external contact multiplication electromechanical relays. All relays are tested for EMI / EMC noise as per international IEC specifications.

General Description :

The Numerical Communicable OC/ EF Protection Relay is communicable 3 OC and 1 EF relay with Instantaneous high set and programmable output to simplify feeder protection wiring.

ADR233A is second generation Numerical 3 Phase Tx Transformer differential Protection Relay. It consist all the necessary protection and monitoring functions required for transformer, it consist of

 

• High Speed Digital DSP Controller
• Analog Measuring Module
• Power supply Module
• Digital Input output module.

 

 The High speed Digital Signal Controller continuously monitors line HV and LV current + REF current. Along with different status input, through CTs, and optical isolated status connections. The high-speed micro-controller samples these current signals through a A/D converter. The Digital Signal performs powerful Numerical Algorithms to find out RMS of fundamental & harmonic contents of the current. All measurement is tuned to fundamental frequency i.e 50Hz, thus relay remain stable during distorted waveform generated electronics loco-motive. All these measure values are then used for different protection function.. These measured values are also displayed on large 20 x 4 LCD display for metering purpose. The DSC also monitor different digital input through optical isolator and control potential free contact for control CB and generate ALARM and Telesignalling.

The ADR145A is member of Ashida Numerical Relay family (Aditya Series) design to meet  demand of low and medium switchgear control. The ADR145A is a Directional 3 OC and 1 EF IDMT relay with Instantaneous high set and programmable output to simplify feeder protection wiring. The ADR145A continuously monitors all 3 phase and earth current, through CT connections. The high-speed micro-controller samples this current through a 12-bit A/D converter. The micro-controller performs powerful Digital Algorithms to find out Amplitude of current signal, direction of power flow then this value is use for protection and metering function. All measurement is tuned to fundamental frequency. Each input current is also displayed on 16 x 2 LCD display for metering.
