We manufacture automatic screen printing machine which is used for production of glaze wall tiles by double firing method. This machine can work in speed range 40 - 75 Pcs./minute for size up to 200 x 150 and at about 65 Pcs. per minute for sizes of 300 x 200 mm. Chain index drive system assures a perfect synchronization during the printing cycle. It has two photocell that sense the inflow of tiles and control printing cycle by utilizing highly reliable control circuit. Change in the speed can be achieved by A.C. inverter.

We offer double disc booth which is engineered form high grade stainless steel. It consists of special shape booth, two disc glazing unit, two motor, glaze feed pipe and mounting arrangement. The booth also has mechanical step pulley arrangement with optional A.C. frequency variable speed drive.

Our range of trolley pump has ‘8’ shape stainless steel container, S.S stirrer geared motor and vertical pump made of stainless steel. Our glaze pump '8' type is used in glazing application with involvement of high density glazes, particularly in floor tile glazing, where continuous rotating stirrer is required to keep liquid glaze in homogeneous condition.

We present bell fall unit and water fall glazing which is normally used in application of high density glazes over tile surface more specifically, in single firing method for floor tile and ceramic luster wall tile. It consists of the following precisely machined parts like:

We offer highly durable and cost effective water scrapper device which consists of opposite mounted rubber discs, geared drive, water trays and stand with suitable arrangement for changing tile size. Our device is used for cleaning and removing excess or undue glaze coated on tile edges during glazing operation.
Dry Scraper Device
We bring dry scraper device which comprises of opposite rotating abrasive wheels for cleaning and removing excess and undue glaze coated on tile edge during glazing operation. It is normally used when water scraping device can not be used for cleaning and removing purpose.

This printing machine is very much suitable for production of double firing wall tiles . At a speed of 80 pcs it can be used for printing of doubled fired tiles. Our automatic printing machine allows high production in various sizes and it is highly adoptable to suit corresponding size change kit. Multicolor decoration over tiles can be achieved by placing number of such machines over glaze line. This is only an indicative data and can change according to actual body parameters & environmental conditions.

We manufacture line turning device which consists of M.S sheet base, polymer guide for P.U round belts, return idler and mounting arrangement. Our line turning device has its application whenever tile movement for glazing or conveying is not absolutely in straight line, but requires 90 degree or other angular transmission or ‘U’ turns due to specific plant layout.
Tile Turning Device
We offer durable tile turning device which comprises of ‘V’ belt driven on line 90 degree tile turning with turn angle adjustment, optional with A.C. frequency variable speed drive. It is used for on line turning of tile by 90 degree in horizontal plane, generally required for changing tile edges while water scraping or dry scraping device application.
