Silica Gel

We produce a range of standard size silica gel sachets using non-indicating (white) or self-indicating (orange/green, orange/colorless or blue) silica gels. In the latter case, the colours of the gels are visible through the sachet paper or fabric. Self-indicating silica gel sachets are often useful in test situations, to confirm the suitability of the sachet size chosen, or in cases where an item is frequently inspected and the sachet can be replaced if it has become exhausted. Sachets are manufactured as standard in a heat-sealed non-woven fabric made from 100% viscose fiber with an acrylic binder and polyamide coating. All sachets are printed with desiccant silica gel do not eat we offer various sachet ranges in heat-sealed non-woven fabric and in cloth fabric as below:

Grams : 0. 5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 40, 50, 100, 250, 500 gram. & 1, 2, 2. 5, 4, 5 kg.

Blue silica gels (indicating type) will adsorb moisture in exactly the same way as standard non-indicating (white) silica gel, but they will literally indicate when they are becoming saturated by changing their color. We are manufacturing of indicating type of silica gel two type

Blue Silica Gel (indicating type) In this type all the gel particles are impregnated with an indicator. When free from moisture the crystals of silica gel are blue. As they are put to use, the beads can take up moisture, it gradually turns pink and gives a ready indication that done its work and need replacement or regeneration.

1. Mainly used for absorbing moisture, anti-rusting of instruments, gauges and equipment in the enclosed conditions. After absorbing moisture, it turns from blue to pink , visually indicating the relative humidity of the given environments.
2. When being used with ordinary silica gel or drier, it indicates to which extent the drier absorbs the moisture and judges the relative humidity of a given environment. It is widely used as silica gel drier for the packing of precision instruments, leathers, shoes, clothes, foodstuffs, medicines and household electric appliances, etc.

Non indicating silica gels will adsorb moisture in exactly the same way as -indicating (blue) silica gel, but they will not indicate when they are becoming saturated by changing their colour. It will remain white when they are becoming saturated. This is useful in fillers, catalysts supports, adsorbent, dehydrating agent and as the buffing media in toothpaste.

• In mesh size : 1/2, 3/4, 3/6, 3/8, 5/8,9/16, 16/30, 30/60 mesh or
• In mm. : 10-20, 8-10, 6-10, 4-10, 6-8, 4-8, 3-8, 4 -6, 3-5, 2-5, 1.5-2, 1-2, 1-1.5 mm.

Packing: 25kg in bag, 25, 40, 50 kg in cardboard barrel or iron or in H.D.P.E. drum; 12.5kg in iron drum; 500kg in container bag.

Our orange silica gel (indicating type) indicator is not impregnated with cobalt chloride, it is the product that can replace the blue silica gel indicator. The composite dyeing agent without pollution to the environment has been successfully adopted during the manufacturing process of the orange silica gel indicator. It prevents the cobalt chloride from polluting the environment from the very beginning.
