Secondary filters/fine filters are installed when the space for installation is limited. These low depth and light weight filters are available EN 779 classification which ranges F6, F7 and F8. These display low resistance which means low energy consumption.
Due to their light weight and low depth, these prove to be very economic to ship and store in comparison to other bulk filters. These are suitable to be used in various air volume systems and can withstand repeated fan shut down and turbulent air flow. These show a high resistance towards intermittent exposure to water providing high relative humidity resistance. These products are also available in bio static treated media.

The gas phase filter are made on the safest technology and provides an efficient result to clients. These are universally recommended for the removal of large spectrum of contaminant gases such as toxic, corrosive and odorous gases found in industrial and commercial applications. The removal of undesirable odors often permits larger percentage of the air in a building, reducing energy costs for heating and recirculating. These provide air purification for four types of airborne contaminants such as microbial, radioactive, air borne bio hazards and gaseous contains.

Final filters/HEPA filters are one piece gasket dry seal filters which are used in clean-rooms, clean-benches, bio hazard benches and other clean work stations. These are available in a wide range of H 16, U 15, U 16, and U 17 in accordance with EN 1822. These filters ensure the necessary levels of contamination control in clean room environment.
These filters are compact, light weight and easy to install in open plenum, terminal and in line housing systems and offer various other benefits as well.

The pre filters are made by totally unitized double wall, die-cut box, moisture resistant beverage board frame. The filter is bonded inside the frame at all points of contact which provides a sturdy and reliable construction that does not rack or deteriorate under difficult operating conditions. The pack of the filter support retainers, which are an integral part of the frame at both the air entering and leaving sides. This increases the rigidity of the filter and helps in maintaining equal spacing between pleats for maximum dust holding capacity with minimizing resistance.
These filters are ideal to be used as pre filters when combined with high efficiency filters. This not only extend the life of higher efficiency filters from pre mature dust loading and replacement but provides them with more efficiency.

The roll filters are made by using synthetic fibers except the natural fiber R20. The exclusive bonding technology used in the manufacturing ensures a high number of fibers per square meter for a given weight. All the R series provided to clients is in white color therefor no color pigments are used to make a distinction between various filters. These R series include various models such as R 15, R 29 and R 50 which have got a relatively low resistance to air flow but a high dust holding capacity.
Applications:

• The R 15 filters are economic and R17 filters are durable and both of them are recommended for use in low pressure forced air convector, window ventilation units, fan coils and as pre filters in paint spray cabins.
• R 29 are used in room air conditioning units, hot air generators, air conditioning installations, home kitchen hoods and as pre filters in paint spray cabins.
• R 50 super filters is suitable to be used in air conditioning, installations in food industry, industrial ventilation systems and as pre-filters in paint spray cabins.
