This 3/5 Ply Combined Automatic Paper Corrugated Board Making Plant is the most modern paper Corrugated Board Making Plant designed to meet the demands of today's corrugators for increased production and superior quality of board. This plant produces ready, trimmed, creased and cut 3/5 ply corrugated board in one operation. The rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. Right from the reel stand to the cut off unit, each unit of the plant is designed to operate in harmony with one another resulting in enhanced efficiency and streamlined operation.

This Dual Flute High Speed Paper Corrugation Board Making Machine has Bush mounted for manufacturing 2 ply corrugated board attached with motorized self loading arm lifting & twin shaft motorized reel stand with an unwinding shaft for paper reels. Single Face Oblique Type Corrugation Machine has more production capacity than Vertical Type Corrugation Machine. The approximate output of the machine is 80 RFT per minute. This machine is with one pre -heater also.

This Machine offers high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The rolls are mounted on roller bearing for smooth running and longer life. The minutely finished Flute Rolls result in perfect formation of Flutes and the lubrication system based on high temperature fluorinated grease solves a long standing industry problem with re-circulating oil lubrication system. With elimination of lubricating oil system, the wastage of oil and leakage on the floor is prevented. Two Pre Heaters are provided with the Machine.
 
It has unique slide roll system, with corrugating rolls mounted on two sides of one frame which allows a complete roll changing in less than 30 minutes. Flute changing is fast, simple and safe. Once the roll carriage is in place there are no adjustments to be made and no fine tuning is required.

After assessing various packaging material requirements, we provide solutions accordingly. Assisted by a team of packaging personnel, we use durable range of recycled paper for the packaging purposes.

This Machine has Bush mounted for manufacturing 2 ply corrugated board, simple to operate with manual loading twin shaft reel stand. The Vertical Type Corrugation Machine is simple to operate and the approximate output of the machine is 50 RFT per minute.

We also specialize in offering waste paper to our customers. Waste paper is used for a number of art and craft purposes and results in beautiful envelops, greeting cards, paper bags etc. we import OCC (old corrugated cardboard) waste paper and supply it to our clients at very competitive prices.

Our yarn is manufactured using the best quality cotton procured from our reliable vendors or farmers. Durable in quality, these yarns are made from cotton that is prefect for manufacturing garments and skin friendly cloth. This yarn is available in different dimensions. Our range of cotton yarn is available in 20s to 60s counts.
