We offer our clients with Compounding Extrusion Line that is developed in the following process in our hi-tech manufacturing unit. The LLDPE raw material with suitable masterbatch is being fed into the barrel cylinder through storage hopper. The barrel is then preheated by heating zones and suitable temperature control system to process the input material and the rotating screw pushes the material towards die end with uniform and homogenized plastics melt. Then the screw is rotated by suitable AC motor coupled with heavy duty gearboxes where the plastics strands is  extruded from die and are fed in to high speed Pelletiser unit after they get cooled and traveled through SS water cooling tank. Pelletiser cuts the strands in to desired size of pellets which can be collected in to storage silo.

Extruder

The extruder unit consists of heavy & sturdy frame fabricated from MS plates and channels. The screw and barrel are made from high tensile alloy steel which are duly nitrided, finished polished and hardened. The screw and barrel are specially designed to process the PE material. Main screw is rotated by suitable AC motor & via rubber belts coupled with pulleys and a heavy duty gear box. The barrel has been divided in to heating zones for accurate temperature control. Thermocouples are provided for each heating zones for temperature control through digital temperature controllers. Heavy duty thrust housing is used to withstand high back pressure during the process.

Die Head

• Compact Die head is fitted with flange, beaker plate and one special die to extrude pellets
• Swivelling arrangement for die is provided for ease of cleaning

Cooling Tank

• We fabricate the water cooling tank from stainless steel plate which is mounted on adjustable stand for height adjustment
• Guide rollers are provided to convey the strands forward towards palletizing unit

Pelletiser Unit

• The palletiser unit is designed from heavy MS channels structure which includes sets of moving blades and stationery blades that are mounted on balanced rotor
• The unit is driven by suitable AC motor and AC variable frequency drive for speed control so as to produce desired cut length of pellets

Electrical Cabinet

• The Electrical panel is fabricated from powder coated MS sheet with dust proof construction. It consists of the following:
•  
  • Main Ammeter
  • Input voltage voltmeter
  • Emergency stop
  • Starter for main Extruder motor
  •  Digital temperature controllers for barrel and die heating zones, with individual ammeters for each zones
  • AC variable drive for pelletiser motor are provided
    
    

We offer High speed compounding mixer which is suitable for homogenized ad uniform mixing of polymers with other ingredients to prepare a good quality ready formulation which is used for further process. These are specially designed with  two blades of special mixing type made of alloy steel, hardened and hard chromed plated for longer life. Further, these blades are mounted on one above the other on main shaft driven by a 3 phase AC single speed motor.

Below mentioned is the detailed description of the following parts offered:

• Mixer vessel
• It consists of special double wall construction having outer jacket from 6 mm thick M.S plates and inside chamber of 5 mm thick stainless steel plate
• Top cover lid is of aluminum alloy which seats flat on rubber gasket fitted on vessel to prevent leakages during high speed mixing
• The vessel is mounted on heavy & sturdy frame structure
• Bearing housing
• Main drive shaft is mounted in the bearing housing fitted directly below the vessel
• Blades

Controls

Electrical cabinet is powder coated and with dust proof construction which housed with all controls like Mains Ammeter, Supply Voltmeter, Digital temperature indicator with thermocouple for vessel, starter for main motor and other electrical.
