Available in superior quality of Plastic Containers of various sizes ranging from 100 gms. to 800 GMs.

glycerine 99. 5% usp : glycerine which is also known as glycerol. In cosmetics, glycerine is a favorite emollient & moisturising agent in keeping the skin soft and is used in body and shaving creams. Glycerine is the basic raw material in which toothpaste is formed and preserves the desired smoothness and viscosity of the paste. Glycerine (glycerol) is used in cough medicines and anesthetics, for ear treatments, and in bacteriological media. Aprt from that, glycerine (glycerol) is also used a raw material & active ingredient in glycerine soaps, mositurising soaps, anti-freeze fluids, food ingredients & tobacco dehumidifier.

solvitex-adh is a colloidal stabiliser, suspender and viscofying agent of a very high order, much superior to contemporary products based on vegetable gums, alginates and cmc.

solvitex-adh serves as an ideal substitute for products like hydroxy ethyl cellulose and other rheological additives based on refined organo clay minerals, on account of its following outstanding properties:

• it has superior pigment dispersion imparting excellent colour uniformity through control of flooding and floating.
• superior viscosity stabilisation.

solvitex-adh is compatible with synthetic resin dispersions such as polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl propionate, poly-acryclic emulsion and with polar solvents such as methanol / ethanol, glycerin/sorbitol and propylene glycol.

• retains thixotropic properties the best between ph 3 to 11.

application of solvitex-adh:
recommended percentage of 0. 2-1%. However, desired change in percentage usage will have to be made depending on the formulate requirement.

stir solvitex-adh gradually into water to avoid agglomerates and allow smooth swelling. Consequentially stir at high speed. Add the usual additives and pigments.

teknogel serves as an ideal substitute for products like hydroxy ethyl cellulose, sodium cmc, etc. It’s ecofriendly & more stable even for prolonged storage of the finished product. Teknogel serves as better viscosity modifier & colloidal stabilizer in interior & exterior paints, velvet paints, cement paints, wet wall putty, acrylic paints & distempers.

tamarind:

tamarind grows as a forest tree in india. With the increase in demand the trees are cultivated also now a days. Growth of tamarind trees does depend on rainfall though it is a forest tree. It requires minimum water which it can draw from the soil. It requires minimum manual care unlike other plants and trees. A fully grown tree can be 80 feet high with circumference of 25 feet. It usually begins to bear fruits after 13-14 years and continues to give abundant crop for more than 60 years. The tree flowers in spring and its fruits ripen in winter. A full grown tree yields about 180 to 200 kgs of fruits. tamarind tree is a large evergreen tree that grows rapidly and lives more than 100 years. Tamarind trees are available in plenty in south india - karnataka, andhra and tamilnadu.

pulp of tamarind:

tamarind pulp is one of the souring agent in indian curries chutneys and sauces. For preservation the pulp is mixed with about 10% of salt trodden - and made into balls. Because of sugar and acid contents the pulp is used in almost all kitchens for curries, syrups beverages etc.

seeds of tamarind:

tamarind fruit has skin ( outer layer ), pulp ( inner layer ) and the seeds. The seeds are flat and of irregular shape - mostly oval. It is of the size of 7. 5 mm x 15 mm. the kernel is covered by taste. Seed has about 30% testa and 70% kernel. Testa has rich brown colour and kernel is of white colour. Testa is removed by roasting the seeds. Kernels have ingredients like protein, crude fibre, carbohydrate ash and oil. It is learnt that the minerals and carbohydrates in the tamarind kernels compare well with those of oats.
