Adding to this we also have a large library with over 25, 000 propriety designs to draw on and an efficient Auto CADD team of designers. We also get help from the prestigious institution like I.I.T in terms of research requirements. Our designing department is continuously engaged in R&D to come up with new design concepts with the help of latest materials like Amorphous core, Nomex Insulation etc and modern techniques like Step Lap Core Inter-sheathed winding etc.

Keeping in mind the demands of the industry, we make sure that all our products go through regular and stringent quality checks. Such checks are done at every level,right from the designing stage till the final product comes out. Our personnel value the importance of quality and make sure that no lapses occur with the final product.

Our products are manufactured using finest components that undergo strict quality control measures. Our transformers and reactors undergo electrical tests that are made on their core and coils and also on the assembles. We adhere to the following standards of quality in our manufacturing units for all our products : International Electro-technical Commission ( IEC) Standard. British Standards Indian Standards American Standards National Testing laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, IIT, Anna University have issued certifications for Short Circuit Test and Impulse Test to AEE. Our transformers also undergo certain routine tests for visual, ratio, polarity and phase relations, no- load losses and excitation current and applied and induced potential dialectic test. Adding to this, its design is also tested on the parameters of impedance voltage, load losses, impulse dielectric, resistance measurements and temperature rise.

We offer complete customer satisfaction to our clients by involving them in the entire process of designing where they can give their views and discuss needs in detail. They can make any changes in the designing stage in terms of conditions like overload, Surge Voltage, RE interference, etc. Our customers have access to all information regarding the product and they can come for inspection at any stage for end number of times till they are completely satisfied with our quality.
