Contract Farming: Contract farming is our greatest source of our Biofuel, Medicinal crops seeds & allied raw materials. Direct management of contract farming is carried out by our SPN. We extend our support by providing high yielding planting material & technical guidance and support right from sowing of seeds to harvesting for our cultivators and we buy back the products. Infrastructure

Seed Procurement Network (SPN): Seed Procurement network (SPN) is the backbone of our company as it is our source of quality seeds to produce biofuel & medicinal plants, allied products. We have been operating SPN since a decade which covers almost all regions in south India and some parts in other parts of India. The responsibility of SPN is to providing advanced crop technical guidance to cultivators to produce quality seeds, and carefully managing quality seeds procurement from cultivators. Also they should be motivating and maintaining close relationship by providing guaranteed returns and support to the cultivators. With our SPN we are completely able to meet international demand for large scale plantation as the seeds are most important input in our products. Seed Processing Unit: Processing of seeds is done in our Seed Processing Unit which is managed by our seed handling experts and skilled labours. Raw seeds carried out to processed seeds, based on the differing physical characters of seed (i.e.) seed size, length, weight, shape, surface texture, colour, affinity to liquid and electrical conductivity. In processing, first phase consists of scalping, debearding, hulling, shelling to make the seed flow readily through the grader and cleaner (conditioning and pre-cleaning). The second phase includes the removal of inert material, weed seeds, other crop and broken seeds that are larger or smaller than the crop seed. In the final (separating and upgrading) phase, undesirable materials are separated from the seed. Our Seed processing involves cleaning, drying, grading, treating, testing and other operations, which improves the physical and physiological quality of seeds.
