Quality Policy / Processes

The diversified nature of Asianlak ensures that the group has highest standards & processes to meet product safety & quality from raw material to process to bottling to distributes. Also our group takes regular measurement of key product and package quality attributes so that consisting of our Beverages products in the market can be maintained and company requirements & customers demand can be satisfied.

  • Asianlak group meet the local health ministry standards for carbonated Beverages notified July 15, 2004 which are most stringent International Standards which is best in its class.

  • Also our group is comply with Bureau of Indian Standard for packaged drinking water and also our products are being manufactured in accordance with the PFA(Prevention of Food Adulteration Act) and which help in deciding the use of water in the preparation of soft drinks.

  • Our group is committed to protecting the interest of the consumer by the manufacturing quality products. For this purpose consumer are being stayed informed about the quality of product sold in market.

  • Water accounts for the bulk of all beverages be it, carbonated soft drinks, Fruit Juice or any other drinks and must be as safe as possible for human consumption.

  • We ensure this by using six stage water purification processes to deliver the consistent. Quality of water and every source for water used by us is tested by accredited laboratories for at least 75 parameters

Chairman Profile
  • Radhe Shyam Poddar : Mr. Radhe Shyam Poddar was a co-founder of Ludhiana Bottling Company in 1962 and in 1995 he incorporated the Asianlak Group. He is a pioneer in his field and visionary par excellence in the Indian Beverage industry. The Asianlak group has been growing by leaps and bounds under his able guidance.

Managing Director
  • Gopal Poddar : Mr. Gopal Poddar is heading the marketing operation of the group. He is marketing of Beverages for the last 23 years.
  • Neeraj Poddar : Mr. Neeraj Poddar is heading the R&D, production project and exports division in this group with a total technical experience of more than 21years.

Company Record & Future Growth Plans

Progress Record : The group has been steadily growing at a rate of 30 to 35% per annum compounded over last few years and has a credible track record in developing World class indigenous Beverages and adding most demanding and prestigious customers to its list.

Future Growth Plans : The group is now setting up plant for manufacture complete range of Beverages in Chittoor (A.P) in South India where we have recently set up a facility to process Fruits like Mango, Guava, and Grapes into Pulp / Puree etc.

Apart from the above the group plans to set up similar bottling facilities for manufacturing complete range of Beverages in west( Mumbai) and East ( Calcutta) to complete its National foot prints. This will enable the group to service all its customer and add new ones at most economical logistic costs. It will also lead to availability of own brands Mr. Fresh Fruit Drinks and carbonated fruit Drinks and Aby’s Top carbonated soft Drinks through out the country.

All these production facilities would be capable of manufacturing new generation Beverages like Energy drink, Sports drink etc. which the group is in process of developing.

Company History

The group was incorporated in 1995 and is managed by Sh Radhe Shyam Poddar, Mr. Gopal Poddar & Mr. Neeraj Poddar.  Mr. Radhe Shyam Poddar had earlier co-founded M/s. Ludhiana Bottling Company in 1962 for bottling Gold spot, Limca, Thums up, Maaza as franchise of M/s. Parle Exports, Mumbai. It became the 4th plant in India to launch Coca Cola in Ludhiana area in 1994 under his able guidance.
