We are leading company in manufacturing and supplying of valve accessories, valve seat rings, valve components in India.The company was started in the year 1995 by Mr. Puru Shotha Man.The main purpose of starting Asian Valve Components was that it will be an ancillary unit for major valve component manufacturers and fulfilling the diverse requirement of automobile and other industrial sectors.

Being an ISO certified company (ISO 9001:2000) and leveraging on our years of experience, we have established ourselves as a reputed manufacturer of valve components like disc unit, lantern ring, nuts, plugs, retainer unit, stem, valve locking devices and yoke sleeve which are extensively used in all industrial sectors.

We have a robust infrastructure facility that includes a well fitted state-of-the-art manufacturing unit and an in-house designing unit that is equipped with CAD and CAM facilities. We at Asian Valve Components, utilize the latest and most efficient CNC machine tools and manual tools.The majority of manual tolls that we are using in the manufacturing unit are less than five years old.Each machinery department is divided into different departments according to the individual components; types such as the exotic materials are segregated accordingly into Inconel, Duplex and copper alloys.

We work in close proximity with reputed engineering ancillaries units.We manufacture our valve components with the support of the following units:
