We have equipped ourselves with ideal manufacturing facilities which enhance our capabilities in producing qualitative pressed and machined components. Located in the Pune, our 40 sq meter manufacturing unit has a massive production capacity which allows us to undertake the production of our Clamp and Pressed Components in bulk. Moreover, the unit also has various sophisticated machines which assist us in manufacturing our components in a streamlined manner.  Some of these machines are:

• 2 CNC Press Operated Lines to give the finished product at every stroke after undergoing various operations.
• An Automated Machine for cutting and inserting the rubber strips on the clamps as per the requirements
• Microprocessor based automated projection welding machine to weld the dual nut on the clamp to give the perfect positioning and strength
• 2 In House Barrel Type having 50 kg capacity zinc plating units for quality control and consistency

All these machines ensure automatic clamp manufacturing, dual-nut welding, rubber cutting and inserting. Our automated operations have reduced labor dependency which helps us in attaining the following:
