Relay Test System:

This is microcontroller based programmable test equipment used to test all type of auto relay for Pull-in and Dropout voltage. This has two modules:

1) Control module Relay Tester: This includes Microcontroller unit with LCD and keypad for easy user interface while programming the test parameters.
2) Power supply module for relay: Output the various supply voltages as per input by control unit. Monitoring Terminals for Voltage and current are provided on front panel. This equipment has three modes of operation:



  • Calibration Mode: Power supply output voltage is calibrated in this mode (Factory calibrated).

  • Test Mode: In this mode, first Program mode is fetched. After programming the parameters, LCD shows TEST MODE… When Test request switch is pressed, Supply voltage across the relay coil is increases till the relay is operated, When relay is operates pull-in voltage is displayed on LCD. Voltage increases till it reaches to maximum test voltage. Then voltage starts decreasing till relay contact is dropped and drop-out voltage is displayed on LCD.

  • Program mode: Following parameters can be programmed in this mode.



  • Type of Relay : ‘CO’  or  ‘NO’

  • Maximum Pull-In Voltage

  • Minimum Pull-In Voltage

  • Maximum Drop-Out Voltage

  • Minimum Drop-Out Voltage

  • Maximum Coil Test Voltage

DC Regulated Power Supply:

This is a series of power supplies designed for laboratory application.  There are various requirements and we are offering different models to satisfy most of it.  Although this is our standard range, we design any special purpose power supply as per need of customer. These are enclosed in standard version and any other type is possible on request.

Education and R&D

We are producing software and hardware modules for education and R& D. These are used for design and development at initial stages of microcontroller based application.

89C51x Project development kit :

This kit is designed to develop & test programs for 89c51 microcontroller. System uses RS232 communication link, which is useful while developing various programs using PC. Kit uses In-system Program facility to test & edit program during development of software. We can also built IAP (in – application programming) Kit here plays a role of finish product hardware; in such a way that complete product testing including software/hardware is made possible.  Programs developed using this system for any product design can be directly used to program final product hardware without any alterations. This saves lot of time while producing any new once it is completely tested on kit. Kit is provided with a keypad, LCD Display & Serial communication port. In addition to this two expansion slots are provided to interface outside signals digital or analog. For analog signals, additional hardware is provided as an optional feature. These slots can be used as input or output ports.  Kit is enclosed in compact wooden enclosure. As a standard accessories Serial cable, LCD display 16 x 2, Key pad is provided along with kit. Optional accessories are ADC (0804) card, Relay & LED interface card.

Flasher Relay Test System

This is micro-controller based system designed for testing basic parameters of Auto Relay. Equipment is factory programmed to test following parameters:



  • Start up time: Delay of initial starting of Auto Flasher Relay is measured at preset voltage.

  • Duty cycle and number of counts per minute: Nominal voltage is given as per specification of device under test and both of above parameters are processed and displayed.

  • ‘On’ Voltage: Voltage drop across Relay (DUT) is measured and displayed (optional).



All above parameters are displayed on LCD display and final go-no-go result of tests is displayed on LED display.

Two Wire Transmitter

We offer a range of peak performing two wire transmitters.  These two wire transmitters are resistance to current converters which are used along with motorized operated valves (MOV). These are compact and easy to install equipment which are completely enclosed and potted that makes it ideally suitable for harsh field environment.  Following models are available

AS-2WT



  • Supply voltage: 12 V to 36 V DC Protection: Reverse polarity supply

Rotary Transmitter :

This is converter for rotary mechanical movement to electrical signal.  This device is equipped with shaft to couple rotary movement. The shaft is made form SS316.  Movement of this shaft is indicated by a pointer which moves on graduated scale.  Fixed mechanical stopper is provided at zero position and settable stopper is provided form zero position to 100 degree



  • Supply Voltage: 12 V DC to 36VDC  Protection for reverse polarity supply

  • Input Rotary mechanical movement:0-30Degree (settable up to 100 Degree )

Valve positioner for Single Phase application:

These are the controllers used for single phase actuator in valve positioning application.  This equipment accepts 4-20 mA as input command from the parent system (PLC/DCS/QCS/PID etc) where 4 mA corresponds to actuator (valve) full close and 20 mA to full open.
