Relay Test System:
This is microcontroller based programmable test equipment used to test all type of auto relay for Pull-in and Dropout voltage. This has two modules:
1) Control module Relay Tester: This includes Microcontroller unit with LCD and keypad for easy user interface while programming the test parameters. 2) Power supply module for relay: Output the various supply voltages as per input by control unit. Monitoring Terminals for Voltage and current are provided on front panel. This equipment has three modes of operation:
Calibration Mode: Power supply output voltage is calibrated in this mode (Factory calibrated).
Test Mode: In this mode, first Program mode is fetched. After programming the parameters, LCD shows TEST MODE… When Test request switch is pressed, Supply voltage across the relay coil is increases till the relay is operated, When relay is operates pull-in voltage is displayed on LCD. Voltage increases till it reaches to maximum test voltage. Then voltage starts decreasing till relay contact is dropped and drop-out voltage is displayed on LCD.

89C51x Project development kit :
This kit is designed to develop & test programs for 89c51 microcontroller. System uses RS232 communication link, which is useful while developing various programs using PC. Kit uses In-system Program facility to test & edit program during development of software. We can also built IAP (in – application programming) Kit here plays a role of finish product hardware; in such a way that complete product testing including software/hardware is made possible. Programs developed using this system for any product design can be directly used to program final product hardware without any alterations. Flasher Relay Test System
This is micro-controller based system designed for testing basic parameters of Auto Relay. Equipment is factory programmed to test following parameters:
Start up time: Delay of initial starting of Auto Flasher Relay is measured at preset voltage.
Duty cycle and number of counts per minute: Nominal voltage is given as per specification of device under test and both of above parameters are processed and displayed.
‘On’ Voltage: Voltage drop across Relay (DUT) is measured and displayed (optional).
All above parameters are displayed on LCD display and final go-no-go result of tests is displayed on LED display.

Two Wire Transmitter
