We have designed a revolutionary fire fighting machine, The Blaze Buster, a one of its kind motor bike which has 2- No. 10 liter capacity fire fighting system mounted on it. Providing rapid mobility, it forms the core of the first reaction for fighting fire.

• Has the capability to carry two 10 liter Aska handheld + backpack water mist cum CAF systems.

• A provision has been provided in the bike for carrying Breathing Apparatus.

• Carries a first aid box, needed in case of fire related emergencies.

Keeping in mind the narrow streets and heavy traffic, Blaze Buster is rapidly emerging as the preferred choice for fire fighting. 

We present The MULTI-CUT™, a multipurpose self-powered chain saw which has been equipped with carbide tip to help it cut through all kinds of materials. Being the standard for ventilation, forcible entry and rescue operation, the MULTI-CUT™ is built specifically to operate in hot, smoky fire-ground conditions.

Salient features:

• Uses the patented BULLET™ Chain which cuts faster, safer and lasts up to 20 times longer than standard chains

• Unmatched for cutting ability and 20 times longer life ensured through carbide insert and patented ‘locking key’

• Has an advanced filtration system with a surface area of 211.4 square inch- helps the saw last 12 times longer and work even in 17% atmospheric oxygen conditions

We offer Diamond Chain Saw: ACE 101D, which is used to cut through RCC (reinforced cement concrete), masonry bricks, natural and abrasive stones. It is self powered and runs on petrol, and is equipped with a cutter edge chain saw. This saw allows the user to carry out the cutting operations effectively in least time in times of disaster.

Some of its technical and design features are:

• 6.2 cubic inch (101cc) engine, which easily cuts through concrete

• Crankshaft sealing that assists the internal combustion engine to function effectively in all conditions

• Argon coated and Chromium Tungsten Carbide electroplated guide gas bar, which increases the service life of the bar 3 times

• Equipped with patented wall walker and a special pivot dogs that allow continuous operation for many hours

• Water is used as a coolant and lubricant, and water flow is controlled by a water pressure gauge

• 360^O swivel hose connector for better maneuverability

• Longer service life due to the muffler exhaust port cover, rubber coated bottom and starter spring lubrication ports

This equipment is very powerful, and can cut 16 inches thick concrete within minutes, in any given position. For longer chain life and dust free cutting, only one water line is needed, which makes it more suitable than any other saw in this range. We manufacture these saws in 12”, 14” and 16” length.

We offer Portable Hazmat Showers that are used for decontamination purposes in emergency conditions. These showers can be set up anywhere, and provide complete cleansing of the personnel and their suits. The water pressure can be regulated in any standard hazmat shower, and can be used for any disaster management requirement with effective functionality. We offer Rotary Rescue Saw: ACE 735R, meant specifically for powerful, safe, high performance rescue cutting in any position. Driven by a 73.5cc HEMI-HEAD Piston Engine, it delivers remarkable horsepower. 

Some of the technical and design features of this product are:

• Black Star™  Diamond Blade - features 30% more diamond cutting edge exposure from a special vacuum brazing bonding process, and lasts up to 100 times longer than standard blades.

• Uses spring stainless-steel guard automatically adjusting in the cut and providing high safety for the operator.

• Has a sealed multi-stage air filter with 250 square inch surface area, giving it an edge over other saws.

• Provided with a self-compensating carburetor, to provide for full power under any condition.

• Uses a stable base full, 7-point anti-vibration system and heavy-duty sealed multi-V ribbed belt providing the operator with complete control and lessened fatigue.
