Compound Table Compound Table is a very useful item for every workshop. It has got two movements which are at right angles to each other.
The components are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron with brinnel hardness of 180 and above and are hand scraped to conform to international standards. It is built to withstand normal machining strains of Boring and Drilling machines etc. It can be used on Drilling, Boring and Milling machines. It is also useful for inspection and setting out work. - Requires compressed air at a pressure of 5.1 Kg/Cm2 (75 PSi) to give a clamping force of 3 tons.
- The Pneumatic clamping movement is about 3 mm the initial setting of the movable jaw is manual by the screw rod.

Universal Dividing Head 180 The Universal Dividing Head, Type ASNUDH 180 has a large range of application in constructional engineering, tool manufacture and construction of jigs and fixtures especially in small scale production of toothed wheels, spiral milling, polygonal pieces, milling cutters, taper taps and helical flutes in drills, reamers, endmills, etc.
The Universal Dividing Head is compact in design and rigid in construction and consists of close grained heavy duty cast iron housing and body. The main spindle is hardened and ground. The phosphor bronze worm wheel and worm (hardened & ground) run in oil bath to have minimum wear. The Universal Dividing Head can be used for holding components, either between centres or with 3 Jaw Chuck as well as on the mandrel. The main spindle has MT 5 taper with a through bore of 32mm., for holding long components. The spindle nose is threaded for mounting chuck flange and the threads are protected by a knurled nut while operating without chuck. The spindle can be locked during machining by means of the locking lever thereby keeping the worm pair free from machining loads.
The spindle unit can be tilted through 110°
from 10° below horizontal to 10° beyond vertical. The scale with graduation indicates the angular position.

Vertical Slide Vertical Slide is a useful item for every workshop as a boring attachment on lathe. It consists of a table which moves vertically on a column, the movement being guided by a hardened & ground steel tennon.
The table can be clamped in any position by two levers at the back. There are 'T' slots provided on the table for clamping of components. The column & table are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron with brinnel hardness of 180 & above.
They are machined and hand scraped to close tolerances for smooth and trouble free movement. It can be mounted on the cross slide of the lathe either facing the spindle or parallel to the spindle and components can be clamped on the Vertical Slide Table.
The tool is to be mounted on the spindle and drilling or boring operation can be performed by the saddle movement of the lathe. It also finds its application in tool room for inspection & setting out.
