ASPA PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated under companies act to manufacture various type of Lamps including Telecommunication, and other wide Range of Household & Automobile Lamps.

ASPA derived out of “AUTOMOBILE SPARE PARTS ASSEMBLERS” as basically

Lamp making involves lot of process, hence it was felt this is the most suitable and Optname to have as Brand Name.

ASPA PRIVATE LTD., the parent company incorporated as the premier company in the group has 4 Directors as founder Directors namely P.P.Hebbar Chairman of the group company, K.R.Shetty Deputy Managing Director of the group, Suresh N Shetty Managing Director of the group and P.S.Anand Ram Executive Director of the group who jointly manage the group company along with the other directors has contributed their mite physically, financial, intellectually and visually which has made ASPA group what it is now.

Though the focus was on making Household Lamps and Automobile Lamps to begin with ASPA straight away concentrated on import substitute Telecommunication Lamps.

During these period due to efforts of R & D ASPA started manufacturing Night Lamps, Colour Lamps for decoration purposes, pigmy Lamps, Candle Lamps for domestic use.

We are proud to say that companies like G.E.LIGHTING, WIPRO LTD, ELECKTRON, MYSORE LAMPS, HMT LIMITED etc., buy these product in large quantities and are branded for them.

In order to meet the demand of Telecommunication Accessories ASPA developed Switch Board plugs and stated supplying to Post & Telegraph department and other Telecommunication departments all over the country.

Intensive market survey was undertaken to assertine the needs of various Industries and came to conclusion to stat the Resistor Barrator Lamps and ASPA’s R & D team immediately grabbed the opportunity and successfully developed these Lamps and supplied to M/s. Indian Telephone Industries which resulted in substantial saving in foreign Exchange for their Organisation.

Meantime R & D team put their relentless efforts and developed best quality Automobile Lamps to suit the Indian Road Condition and the cars. The Automobile Lamps was introduced to the market by other group company M/s. ASPA AUTO LAMPS (P) LTD.
