We have always considered our infrastructure as the backbone of our organization. Owing to our 3 production units located at Tansa (near Bhivandi) in Maharashstra, Bilimora in Gujarat & Mumbai in Maharashtra, we have been able to increase our production rate by many folds. Spread in an area of 124000 square feet with an installation capacity of 1200 units, our manufacturing unit is loaded with all the machines and equipment that are required to meet the bulk requirements of our clients across the globe. This unit is divided in to different departments and shops such as: • Injection molding machine shop having various capacities of injection molding up to 325 gms • Blow molding shop having capacities to mould up to 50 lts. Tank • Machine shop having single spindle Automats, SPMS, Turret lathes & Sheet metal fabrication facilities. • Inspection & QC Dept. with necessary equipment for quality testing & assurance. We also have an in-house designing unit/ tool room which is equipped with: • CAM and CAM software • CAD/CAM Wirecut m/c • Milling m/c • EDMS • DELCAM, MASTERCAM, IDEAS-8, EL3V All the machines and equipment at our workshops and production units are regularly oiled and tested to assure un-interrupted production of our range throughout the year Communication Facility: Keeping ourselves abreast with state-of-the-art technology, we possess latest communication facility. In order to covey our special schemes, placed orders of dealers, statement of accounts and other important details, we leverage upon Internet and E-mail. After availing the pass-word from us, the dealers can log on to our website. It assist them to avoid unnecessary correspondence as well as regularly know their sale performance.

The foundation also encourages students to involve themselves in areas of research, development and extension pertaining to agriculture. It also provides the students Gold Medals and Fellowship Awards to encourage higher studies. The foundation has also formed an Alumni Association for such students which one hopes will be the starting point for many other inter-related activities.

We are a harbinger of new technology, a leading mover on the industrial front aim at introducing products and technological development that could take our country forward in agriculture sector. This has been the reason that we have established a separate R&D department at our unit under the name ASPEE Agriculture Research and Development Foundation and ASPEE Research Institute.

Technological leadership of our mechanical engineers and technocrats and their continuous efforts has enabled us to supply agro-equipment with world class excellence.

Substantial investment towards the modernization of the farm technology enabled our founder Shri. L. M. Patel, to invest Rs.7.90 crores for conducting research in agriculture and agro-equipment and have extended our technologies towards farming communities.

In addition to this, dealers may also advertise the products own themselves. We share in such expenses provided the dealers submits the budgets and get a written confirmation from us. The dealers can avail the following promotional activities:

We also provide our distributors and dealers replacement facility of defective parts. The procedure for replacement is described below:

Replacement For Dealers:

After noticing any defective part, dealer should immediately report to company in prescribed format. Then distributor scrutinizes whether it is a genuine defect and covered within guarantee period.

If both conditions are fulfilled, then he replaces the defective part free of cost. replacement is done only by distributor not by company. Dealer should replace only defective part not the equipment, as they are easily repairable by replacing defective parts.
