Standard payment Norms:

• We allow 30 days for retirement of documents from the Bank against payment.
• The remittance should be sent in form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Company payable at Mumbai.
• Any payment due to the company must be sent either by Registered Post or preferably by a reliable courier who are having direct services to Mumbai.
• Interest will be charged on delayed payment from the date of documents till the date of payment.
• Cash Discount is admissible to Distributors & Dealers for each Equipment ordered based on minimum value of the order stipulated and not on total amount of the bill inclusive of Sales Tax, Excise and other expenses. The rate of cash discount normally admissible is as under:
• If full payment is received in advance 2%
• If Bank documents are retired within 20 days. 1%
• If Bank documents are retired within 25 days. Vi%
