We are a engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying a wide range of agro equipment like hand sprayers, high power sprayer, industrial sprayers, tractamount sprayer, sprayer pumps, knapsack sprayer, hand compression sprayers, agricultural sprayers, high pressure cleaner, turbo mist blower, power cutter etc. Since our inception in the year 1946, we have directed our endeavors towards elevating the living standard of farmers. It is due to our country's uplift approach that farmers have always been an inseparable part of our organization.
Started off as American Spring and Pressing Works, we established a separate R&D department for conducting scientific research. Studies of this research is used for extending the knowledge in the field of plant protection and for promoting excellence in the same by offering prizes & awards to agriculture graduates and progressive farmers. With a responsible approach we have contributed a sponsorship of Rs. 1 Crore to our employees, distributors and associates and we have laid our foundation to motivate the budding agriculture scientists of the country with a view to march towards better agriculture standards. Quality is paid paramount attention while conducting all our business activities and this is the reason that we have recruited a team of quality monitors who keep a close check on the whole manufacturing process right from the procurement of the raw material till the final dispatch of our products.

History
Identifying the needs of plant protection, Late Shri. Lallubhai Makanji Patel took over a small workshop under the banner, "American Spring and Pressing Works" in the year 1946. This was his entrepreneurship skills mixed with perfect vision that lead to the production of rotary duster in the year 1946. He continued on developing more and more sophisticated agriculture sprayers, dusters and other appliances that were required for promoting agriculture and public health. While designing and developing spraying appliances, following considerations were kept in mind:
• Economizing pesticide dose for environmental consideration
• Reducing drudgery in operation
• Increasing the efficacy of spray suspensions
This approach helped M/s American Spring and Pressing Works Ltd to earn accolades of popularity amongst Indian farmers and the efforts of Shri L.M. Patel achieved success with in a short span of half century.
ASPEE Agriculture Research and Development Foundation and ASPEE Research Institute with the funds of Rs.7.90 crores was started by Mr. Patel. This unit was laid for conducting research in agriculture and agro equipment for extending the technology and its application in agriculture field.
Shri. L.M. Patel started M/s American Spring and Pressing Works and his visionary leadership developed and revolutionized the aspect of crop protection in the country and his contribution to the field of agro equipment and agricultural field could never be overlooked.

Technicians of foreign governments and buyers are also trained free of cost in the repairs & maintenance of plant protection equipment at the works. During the training, free lodging & boarding facilities are provided to your representative at the our training center.

• Attending dealers' Meetings which are organized at regional levels so that members of the Aspee Family can meet at least once in a year.

The membership is open to all distributors and also to dealers who have completed five years of association with the company. This Association performs following activities for the members' interest:

Equipment Guarantee
At Aspee, our all the endeavors are oriented towards providing clients optimal level of satisfaction and hence we guarantee our equipment against faulty material, bad workmanship or constructional failure for a period of 6 months from the date of supply.
Our standard guarantee card is sent with each equipment. If the complaint is lodged within this period due to above causes, we may consider at our discretion to replace the entire equipment, if there is a major defect and if it requires replacement of the complete equipment, at our option, ex works or at the Dealer's place without any charges except transportation, provided:
• The equipment is brought to us in original condition
• The equipment is not tampered with or efforts made to repair the same.
• Normal and fair wear & tear cannot be made good free of cost.
• The equipment is used according to our recommendation & instructions for operation and maintenance that accompany the equipment.
• The equipment is purchased from any of our authorized dealers nearest to your address only.
• The guarantee card should accompany all claims for repairs or replacement.
Such claims should be lodged first with the Aspee Authorized Dealers from whom the equipment was purchased.
Our Sales Outlets
With the intent to efficiently manage the product outflow, we have established our sales outlets in the major cities of nation. The addresses of these Aspee Sales Depots are enlisted below:
The distributors & dealers are free to purchase their requirements directly from these depots at the depot prices.
After Sales Service
The responsibility of after sales service is of distributors/ dealers, hence they are required to get one or more of their representatives or mechanics fully trained in the operation & maintenance of our equipment, whenever we conduct such training programs. If distributors/dealers do not have a trained mechanic in their employment, we shall not supply them power operated equipment.
In case of any doubt, we may retain 3% of admissible commission on sale of Power operated equipment which will be passed on after 6 months, provided no complaint is received from the customer.
In case we receive complaint within 6 months from customers, we may render necessary services on our own or with the help of distributor and shall debit the expenses to their account which will be recovered from the commission retained by us. The responsibility of rendering after-sales-service lies with the dealers.
