Aspin Health Mix (A Natural Energy Food For All Age Group For Health and Immunity)

Aspin Health Mix is a unique preparation from 16 types of various pulses, cereals and dried nuts, roasted and powdered under hygienic conditions. It contains no preservatives or colours. However, it is available in plain as well as in permitted flavoured form. It is 100% natural. Medicinal Value : Leguminous seeds and beans provide high fibre as well as anti-nutrients like phytates, tannins, saponins and enzyme inhibitors and their gradual absorption produces a lower rise of blood sugar than an equal amount of carbohydrate from other sources hence recommended to diabetics. Bengal gram consumed over a period of several weeks may reduce serum cholesterol levels by increasing faecel excretion of total bile acids. This product contains four major pulses at optimum proportion. Ingredients : Badam, barley, cardamom, cashew nut, gram, green gram, ground nut, jower, maize, millet, ragi, rice, sagom, samba, soya bean and wheat (all roasted). Dosage : Take approximately three tablespoon (30 gms) full health mix in a vessel. Add a little boiled hot milk to make it a paste. Add more quantity of boiled hot milk (approx. 300ml) to the paste and stir well. Add sugar or salt to taste and serve. Calorific Value : 100 gms of aspin health mix provides 397 K.Cal. to the body. This is in addition to the calorie provided by the milk and sugar added. Consumption of aspin health mix at morning will keep one energetic for the whole day, even if deprived of normal breakfast.
