We provide Powder Flame Spray Coating Services which is basically spraying of molten material in powder form melted in a flame onto a surface to provide a coating. When this powder form is sprayed on a substrate material, these fine molten droplets rapidly solidify top form a coat. This is also called the “cold process” as the temperature during the entire process is kept low. The main advantage of this process is that a wider range of material can easily be processed into a powder form in order to gain larger choice of coatings.
