Liquid Limit Device We manufacture finely calibrated liquid limit devices, which are used to measure the percentage of liquid present in soil. These machines are hand-operated. The device has a hard rubber base in molded form to maintain uniformity of size, hardness and density of the entire devise. The various models that we present to our customers are:
ASEW-002:
This models is used to measure liquid limit and have the facility to operate manually. The code of these devices of this model is IS : 2720 (P-V).
ASEW-003:
In this model, these devices have sophisticated tools and in-built motors control them.

Concrete Meter
We design light weight concrete meters to remove the burden some works of hand mixing. Uniform mixed batches can be obtained in the filed or laboratories. The counter balance-mixing drum can be easily tilted. The total drum volume is two cubic feet. This drum is mounted on a sturdy rubber tired stand. Drum is mounted for end discharge. These are equipped with end towing poles. The stable power consumption of these mixtures is 440 V, 3 phase, 50 cycle AC Supply.

Air Entertainment Meter
Our range of air entertainment meters is developed as per the standards prescribed by varied well recognizedly engineering bodies. The standard capacity of these meters is 0.005 cu or 5 L. the average size of our air entertainment meters is 38 mm. These meters consist of pressure bulbs, hand pumps, tamping bars, rubber mallets and others. Our large model of air entertainment meters is available in 75 mm and these have capacity of 10 L.

Cement Autoclave
Consists of a stainless steel cylinder with an insulated cover. Mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulating metal housing. The attached control unit enclose a sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lamps for controlling the electric heating unit. Inside chamber size; 15 cms dia x 60 cm height.

Core Drilling Machine The core cutting/core drilling machine is diesel engine operated powered road building drill has been designed specifically for the purpose of drilling tests, which include:
- Core from or holes in roads
- Bridges
- Airport Runways and others.
These machines comprise of two vertical support columns that can carry the drill head or engine assembly with higher perfection. The 5 HP diesel engine with pulley mechanism works with least vibrations. The double precision bit precision bit advances with screwed spindle, which ensure a constant and accurate drill pressure, minimum core chipping and longer service life.
The complete assembly is supplied on a rigid metal base with leveling facility. This is also suitable for vertically down coring applications. |

Compression Testing Machine We design and develop highly efficient and durable range of compression testing machines. These machines are used to measure the strength of cement and concrete samples. In manufacturing of masonry products, these machines are extensively used due to their flexural and compressive strength. They have static modulus of elasticity. Specific Gravity Apparatus
These consist rigid support frames. Incorporating a water tank mounted on a plat form. A mechanical lifting device is used to raise the water tank through the frame height immersing the specimen suspended below the balance. The electronic digital balance 10 kg x 0.5 gm supplied with frame, suspension hooks, water tanks, wire baskets of 200 x 200 mm.

Thermostatically Universal Oven Have double walls, exterior is constructed from metallic sheet, which is finely coated with powder. Glass wool is fitted as insulator between the two walls. The inner walls of the chamber are made of aluminum or stainless steel. Heating elements are placed in ribs of the bottom and sides for uniform heating having temperature range 5 degree C above the ambient to 250 degree C. Air ventilators are adjustably fitted with both sides that provide L shape. In front of the oven, the thermometer is fitted. The overall temperature is controlled by thermostat with an accuracy of ±1 degree C. Main switch, pilot lamps, temperature control knobs, and perforated shelves are fitted along each of these universal ovens. The normal energy consumption level is 220V 1 Phase 50 Hz. Air circular fans are provided along with these ovens on optional basic.
