These are suitable for handling medium to low risk organisms encounters in research investigation labs in all branches of medical, agriculture, pharmaceuticals & science.

Construction:

Basically constructed out of termite and insect resistant board. All exterior surfaces are covered with decorative laminates.

  • Motor Blower assembly: Fitted on base of unit with balanced, direct drive, noiseless motor to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA Filter with minimum level of vibration. The assembly is hanged from the top with four very strong springs to make the unit virtually vibration free.
  • Double Filtration System: Laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through prefilter and is made to pass through HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) Filter which is made of glass fibre having efficiency rating as high as 99.97% with DOP and retains air borne particles if size 0.3 micron & larger.
  • Lighting:The fluoroscent light is fitted on top of work table to illuminate the entire work area
  • U.V Germicidal Light: Also fitted on top of work table to make the work table bacteria free.
  • Cock for Gas Air or Vacuum Line: Fitted on side panel of perpex sheet.
  • Static Pressure inclined Manometer: Fitted on front of unit to check the level of pressure of air on HEPA Filter. During working when blower is started. It shows an increase to 100 mm, it shows that HEPA Filter has got choked and should be replaced.
  • Exhaust System: The air collected in the lower chamber below the working top is exhausted through a strong blower passing through a HEPA FILTER of 300 mm * 300 mm * 150 mm to ensure bacteria free air exhaust.

Construction:

Basically constructed out of termite and insect resistant board. All exterior surfaces are covered with decorative laminates. The work table is made of laminated / S.S. top Side Panels and front door are made of thick plexi glass of special grade to resist the UV effect.

  • Motor Blower Assembly: Fitted on base of unit with balanced, direct drive, noiseless motor to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA Filter with minimum level of vibration.
  • Double Filtration System: Laminar flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through prefilter and is made to pass through HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) Filter
  • Lighting: The fluorescent light is fitted on top of work table to illuminate the entire work area.
  • U.V. Germicidal Light: Also fitted on top of work table to make the work table bacteria free.
  • Cock for Gas Air or Vacuum Line: Fitted on side panel of perpex sheet.

It shows an increase of 10 mm approx. in pressure. At the time when pressure increase to 10 mm, it shows that HEPA Filter has got choked and should be replaced.
  • Exhaust System: The air is collected in the lower chamber below the working top is exhausted through a strong blower passing through a HEPA Filter of 300 mm x 150 mm to ensure bacteria free air exhaust. 70% of the air is recirculated and 30% of the air is exhausted.

These are ideal for microbiological manipulation work with bioassays sterility testing & research work. Vial filling and bunching operation in parenteral units and for general dry processing work in semi conductor unit. It provides a comfortable 'Sit Down' working position for the operators.

Construction:

Basically constructed out of termite and insect resistant board. All exterior surfaces are covered with decorative laminates. The work table is made of laminated / S. S. top. Side panels and front door are made of thick plexiglass of special grade to resist the UV effect. Front door has a unique feature of double fold system. It can be half / full open during working. The entire unit rests on four castor wheels.

  • Motor Blower assembly: Fitted on base of unit with balanced, direct drive, noiselss motor to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA Filter with minimum level of vibration.
  • Double Filtration System: Laminar Flow principle involves double filtration of air.
