Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy All the pieces are closely monitored before the dispatch to the customer and the track from the raw - material till the very end, upto the time product reaches the customer is maintained. All the items are subjected to non destructive examination and physical testing on a sample piece is carried out to ensure the physical properties of the component, Chemical & physical testing is carried out at NABL approved Labs, who are well known name in the field. All the items are checked ultrasonically as per the requirement of the customer. if required it is witnessed by the customer or any third party inspection agency. During the course of this year, Associated Steel Consortium will be receiving ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Before dispatch every item has to undergo following confirmations without fail : - Chemical analysis
- Dimensional check
- Physical test
- Ultrasonic
- N.D. tests such as dye penetrant, magnetic particles, micro check, and x-ray.
If specified, whichever facilities are not available at in house are carried out through a recognized lab/test House of client’s choice. Third party inspection can be arranged if specified in the purchase order.
