HOFR welding cables are used for resistance arc welding for all sizes of electrodes (12 SWG to 4 SWG) and to use it as GULLI, tube cable for MIG welding torch, flexible trailing cables as power cables, composite cables, control cables lift cables etc.

Our processes are ISO 9001: 2000 Certified, we procure raw material such as copper wire, aluminum wire, and rubber from prominent and dependable vendors, to ensure quality right from the first step.
 
The products manufactured by us are tested right from the raw material stage to finish goods by a team of quality analysts. Cables are tested by ISI, Quality Marking Center and Regional Test House for conformation with the ISI norms. Aluminum cable and copper cable with HOFR insulation are in conformation with the ISI norms. Apart from this Rubber cables are also fabricated by adhering to the ISI regulations. We have a fully equipped testing lab to test our range at par with the standards.

• Working Temperature of our HOFR Cables is 30 to 40% lower than maximum conductors temp, i.e 90°C
• Resistance 5-6% better than what IS recommends hence the conductivity is higher / heat is low
• In GOLDEN HOFR working temperature has been increased to 115°C instead of 90°C and can work at one lower size (Ref. Our Golden Brochure)
